Jim has more than 20 year of extensive hands-on electrical and instrumentation commissioning and maintenance experience at several CANDU Nuclear Power Stations in Canada and abroad. He has over 20 years experience as a Technical Writer and Trainer.

Mihaela is a professional translator in four languages and a certified Marine Mechanic. She worked on preparation and translation of technical procedures during the startup of a CANDU Nuclear Power Station in Romania.
