Mark Lawrence, is a successful management executive by day, and a self professed insomniac artist by night. Mostly self-taught, Mark has been painting and drawing most of his life and became addicted to digital artistry in early 2000.
Mark began posting his work on a couple of popular photo sharing web sites so he could allow his friends and relatives to see why he was always so tired during the day. Soon word got out and his Yahoo Flickr site became a favorite browsing destination for hundreds of fellow insomniacs who enjoy his vivid and sometimes maniac abstract compositions.
Another unique aspect of Mark’s work is his inspiration from biblical quotes and scripture verses. Mark became a born-again Believer in the 1990's after his business prowess landed him in bankruptcy court. After he had expended his earthly credit and banking accounts Mark found an inexhaustible account of grace and prosperity in Christianity through his faith in God.
