Trying to tell employers the storyplot of a long and successful executive career on your own resume? Unfortunately, describing yourself as a seasoned, skilled, or experienced leader won't cut it as much as showing the outcomes of what you must have done.
They know they may not be the best leaders, yet they presume that the poor economy can keep their employees so fearful and so focused that they can wouldn't dream of leaving for one more firm. After all, not just are jobs difficult to get, they believe their employees must be lucky they still need a job! And when good employees do leave, according to a Saratoga Institute survey, 89 % of managers say they believe that employees leave for more money.

Even with these questions leadership teams have a very challenge in answering them independently because internal facilitators fail to push the issue deep enough to access the core essence with the company's existence. What is created is often a statement that lacks power and emotion. If yo
