My interests have always been with people and their behavior. People judge each other everyday but visual messages can often be misread. The inspiration for the Presuppositions series came from a history of studying photography, psychology, advertising and fashion. Stemmed from my undergraduate dissertation, entitled 'The Pursuit of Perfection – How Women are Influenced by Advertising and the Media', this project pursued my fascination at how much information can be read from a single image. |
