Things I Don't Mind The World Knowing

Spoiler alert: I'm thinking my next book will be about...
A big book of beer. Currently at 90 000 words but very much quantity over quality. Writing is re-writing as they say.
Everyone needs to know about these authors and artists...
Pete Brown's 'Man Walks Into a Bar' is a great, light hearted yet fact-filled history of beer. If, like me, you like your rugby league very much 1980s style, check out 'Up and Over - A Trek Through Rugby League Land' by 'The Independent's' Dave Hadfield. Maurice Bamford's books are also great for a trip into rugby league nostalgia.
This book is addictive. Read it. (At your own risk.)
John Simpson: Strange Places, Questionable People. Brilliant memoir seeing 30 years of history at first hand.
